The Job 

As a member of the technical documentation team, your tasks will include:

• Developing information in a highly technical environment.
• You will be working with developers in an integrated systems environment to develop information for documentation.

Your Experience

You must be an EU citizen or hold a regular work permit for France. In addition we require:

• Strong background in authoring highly technical subject matter. Understanding of code and programming basics is essential; you must be able to discuss issues with programmers.
• Knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented development principles required, as well as experience of Eclipse.
• Solid knowledge of CRM systems, including XML, preferred.
• Experience with DITA would be a strong plus.
• Fluent English speaker
• You must have strong authoring experience (at least 5 years) in a highly technical environment.

 Also desired

• Knowledge of Business Rule Management Systems is a definite plus.
• The ability to work according to objectives and manage deadlines
• A willingness to take initiative, work independently and help the team achieve and improve best-practices
• Excellent interpersonal and team-work skills
• Knowledge of French a plus
